Max takes his 5th C.C. at the Northern Bernese Mountain Dog Club Ch. Show under breed spesialist Mr. Harry Nelson (Paracombe), Zico 1st in Junior and Kari 2nd in Open Bitch, a good days work....

Taken to the "MAX" again
2013 BMDC of Ireland Championship Show under Breed Specialist Maija Heinila from Norway Max CH & GB CH Bernemcourt Fascination went Best in Show and his son Bernemcourt Wonderwall goes Best Puppy in Show and together with Ch Int. & GB CH Bernemcourt Sirocco thay took the Best Team in Show. This is the 6th time in 7 years that a Bernemcourt bred dog has won Green Star at this event and the 3rd different dog in that time to do so.

Great news from our great friend Janet who rang to tell us that her 'Tess' Harvestbank Cracklin Rose at Glenhunt, had given birth to 10 beautiful puppies, Sired by our own "ROCCO", Thought is "daddy days" were gone after his prostrate problems, delighted that there not.

Annual Champions x 3 at Bernemcourt
Confirmation today from the IKC, that Ch. Int. & Ir.Ch. Bernemcourt Sirocco "Rocco" has been awarded Annual Champion for the breed in Ireland for the 5th time his time held jointly with his kennel mate Ir. Ch. Bernemcourt Fascination "Max" the two of them having identical show records for 2011. If that wasn't enough our Catalan Sheepdog Starwell Princess at Bernemcourt "Tiana" was also awarded the Annual Champion acolade for her breed the first ever in Ireland to do so.

Junior warrant
It has been a fantastic trip through the Junior stage for Max, Bernemcourt Fascination. Having won his Ir Jun Ch, his Ir. Ch. Title, his qualification for Pet Plan Junior Stakes Grand Final he capped it all by becoming the 1st bernese from Northern Ireland to claim and be awarded the K.C. Junior Warrant

Off to the Final
We are off on a trip to the GRAND FINAL of the Petplan Junior Stakes at Stafford in January 2012 thanks to Mr. J. Horswell who awarded Max 1st place in the qualifiing round at Darlington from an entry of 19. This was Max's 3 Junior Stakes win of the summer having won at Bangor/North Down and Clonmel, a big THANK YOU to the judges

Babies galore
Busy time at Bernemcourt with no one busier than Max. On 15th July, Freya gave birth to 7 dogs and 3 bitches and on 1st August Khamsin, surprised us all by producing 4 dogs and 1 bitch, all sired by Max

Both Max and Tiana won Best of Breed at The Newtownards Charity open show. Max was withdrawn at the group judge had handled him earlier in the year but Tiana more than made up for it by winning Group 1

Double Edged Sword
TWO dogs entered in TWO Breeds and TWO Green Stars and TWO Best of Breeds. Rocco collected his 78th G.S./ and his 66th B.O.B. but it was a 1st G.S. with B.O.B. with our little Catalan, possibly the first Catalan Sheepdog to win a Green Star.....

Rocco Top Bernese again
For the forth year in succession "Rocco" has been crowned Irish Annual Champion, and he won't be 5 until April. Winning 18 Green Stars in 2010, all with Best of Breed, we would like to thank all the Judges from all around the world who have rated him so highly. This is the 8th time in the last 11 years that a Bernemcourt dog has been Annual Champion in Ireland and once in the U.K. We are so proud of our dogs and what we have achieved with them
